Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 green onions sliced, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes before cooking the chicken.
  • Place the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Serving

  • Remove chicken bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve with rice or your choice of sides.

Storage

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 5-7 minutes to regain crispiness.
