Ingredients
  

Parfait Base

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cherries pitted and halved
  • 1 cup granola

Sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Wash the cherries thoroughly, pit them, and slice them in half. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Serving

  • In a glass jar or cup, add a layer of Greek yogurt, followed by a layer of fresh cherries, and a layer of granola. Repeat the layers until the jar is filled, ending with a dollop of yogurt.
  • Top the final layer with a cherry and a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness. Serve immediately for the best texture.

  • Cover the parfait with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to two days. Note that the granola will soften over time.
