  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast sliced
  • 2 ripe avocados diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Preparation

  • Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked and charred slightly. Allow to rest before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and dice the flesh. Add to a large mixing bowl.
