  • 4 medium tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 large cucumbers sliced
  • 1 medium red onion thinly sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds, cut the tomatoes into wedges, and thinly slice the onion. Combine the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Pour the dressing over the prepared vegetables in the mixing bowl. Add the chopped dill and parsley. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly with the dressing.

Serving
