Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 8 oz pasta of choice

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.

  • Return chicken to the skillet, along with cooked pasta. Toss everything to coat in the sauce.
