Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder. Stir well to ensure even distribution.
  • Pour in the brewed coffee, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the dry mixture. Whisk everything together until smooth and creamy.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among four mason jars. Seal them tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Serving

  • Once chilled, remove the jars from the refrigerator. Stir the oats, add a sprinkle of cocoa powder or chocolate shavings on top, and enjoy your creamy tiramisu breakfast.
