Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 sharp knife for cutting corn
  • 1 bowl for mixing spices

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn shucked
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Optional Seasonings

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder

Instructions

Preparation

  • Shuck the corn and remove all silk. Use a sharp knife to quarter each ear of corn lengthwise into rib-like pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and pepper. If using optional seasonings, add them to the mix. Brush the mixture evenly over all the corn ribs.
  • Set your air fryer to 400°F and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry the corn ribs for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or as is.

Storage

  • If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
