  • Dip each squash slice in olive oil, then in the Parmesan mixture, ensuring an even coating on all sides.

Cooking

  • Set the air fryer to 400°F and allow it to preheat for about 3 minutes.
  • Place the coated squash slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
