  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the bok choy thoroughly. Cut each in half lengthwise and place in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil, soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for about 3 minutes.
  • Arrange the bok choy in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking occasionally, until crisp.
  • Remove from air fryer and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Serving

  • Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy while warm.
