  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved

Garlic Parmesan Green Beans

  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

  • 2 large sweet potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

  • Wash and halve the Brussels sprouts. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Place Brussels sprouts in the basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.

Green Beans

  • Trim the green beans and toss with olive oil, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Add green beans to the basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tender-crisp.

Sweet Potato Fries
