  • 2 cups ditalini pasta
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add ditalini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside to cool.
  • Peel hard-boiled eggs and roughly chop them. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  • To the chopped eggs, add mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the cooled pasta into the deviled egg mixture, ensuring the pasta is evenly coated.
  • If desired, stir in diced pickles, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to enhance the flavor.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
