  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and mash it in a bowl with a fork until smooth.

Cooking
