  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Preparation

  • Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
  • Set your air fryer to 400°F and preheat for 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down, making sure not to overcrowd.
