Ingredients
  

Marinade Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Kabob Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large onion cut into wedges

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine hot honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
  • Place chicken cubes in a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper pieces and onion wedges.

Serving

  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove from grill and serve immediately with your choice of sides.
