  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted

Preparation

  • Rinse and dry the bok choy thoroughly. Halve each bok choy lengthwise.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place bok choy cut-side up on the baking sheet. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.

Serving

  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and honey until well combined.
  • Remove bok choy from oven, drizzle with sesame garlic sauce, and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
