Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 large peaches cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Marinade

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, paprika, black pepper, olive oil, and BBQ sauce. Mix well.
  • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  • Thread chicken and peach cubes onto skewers, alternating between the two.
  • Place skewers on the grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and peaches are slightly charred.

Serving

  • Remove skewers from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your choice of sides.
