Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
  • Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.

Serving
