  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides and no longer pink in the center. Remove from skillet and let rest.

Cook the Pasta
