Cooking

  • Toss zucchini slices with olive oil in a separate bowl. Coat each slice with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  • Place the coated slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
