Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Additions

  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Cooking
