  • Add the Mexican cheese blend, stirring until completely melted and smooth. Mix in diced jalapeño.
  • Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, ensuring all pasta is coated evenly.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish and transfer the mac and cheese mixture into it.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro or avocado slices if desired.
  • Cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
