Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped

Topping

  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions
 

Crust

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator.

Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until light and fluffy. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Topping

  • Arrange strawberries and blueberries on top of the set cheesecake in a decorative pattern. Add dollops of whipped cream for an added touch.

Serving

  • Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and transfer to a serving platter. Slice and serve chilled for the best flavor.
