  • 1 Measuring cup

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 scoop protein powder whey or plant-based

Optional Add-ins

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Instructions

Preparation

  • Peel the banana and pit the peach if using fresh. Measure out your protein powder and any additional add-ins you plan to use.
  • Start by adding the milk or almond milk to the blender, followed by the banana, frozen peaches, and protein powder.
  • Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if too thick, or ice cubes if too thin.

Serving

  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or fresh peach slices for garnish.

Storage and Make-Ahead

  • If not consuming immediately, store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours in a sealed container. Stir well before serving as separation may occur.
  • For make-ahead convenience, freeze smoothie in ice cube trays and blend with a little milk when ready to serve.
