Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 4 Mason jars with lids

Ingredients

Overnight Oats

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk or milk alternative
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups diced fresh peaches
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Optional Toppings

  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

{{WPRM_GROUP_PREPARATION}}

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, diced peaches, and honey. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into four mason jars or airtight containers, leaving some space for any added toppings.
  • Seal each jar with its lid and place them in the refrigerator. Let the oats soak and absorb the flavors for at least six hours or overnight.

{{WPRM_GROUP_SERVING}}

  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If desired, add a splash of milk for a looser consistency. Top with almonds, chia seeds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.

{{WPRM_GROUP_STORAGE}}

  • Keep any leftover oats in the refrigerator for up to five days. Ensure the lids are tightly sealed to maintain freshness.
