  • 1 wooden spoon for stirring sauce

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the meatballs on all sides until browned. Remove meatballs and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add more minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
