Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the watermelon cubes. Gently tear the basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
